Because your safety and that of our employees is of the utmost importance to us, we’re following best practices and meeting important requirements as we conduct business.
We are continually monitoring and adapting to this evolving situation and want to provide you with some relevant information regarding our operations to help you navigate yours. Information About Safety and Operations
Health and Safety Precautions
We have already taken steps to protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers, including increased safety measures and operational changes. From remote working options for employees to more rigorous cleaning procedures and social distancing guidelines at all our facilities, this effort continues to be our first priority. What you can expect:
- Expanded cleaning procedures, including increased sanitation of all high-touch surfaces
- Plexiglass partitions at our parts and service counters
- Masks worn by all Young Trucks team members when in common areas
- Reminders for healthy hygiene habits and social distancing best practices posted throughout our facilities
- Temperature checks for all Young Trucks team members

Service and Parts Hours
We are maintaining the same hours you are used to across all our companies, plus we added a 24/7 Roadside Assistance program. Select your Young Trucks business to view detailed hours of operation:
Parts Orders and Deliveries
Our parts stores are adhering to CDC recommendations for cleanliness and social distancing, and our dedicated Parts Delivery teams continue to run their routes and schedules. We also added more delivery times. Customers can now receive parts orders in the afternoon and evenings, too, with order cut-off times of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Additionally, OEM’s have developed countermeasures to minimize supply chain impacts and are working to maintain inbound and outbound deliveries.
Vehicle Sales, Deliveries and Leasing
Our OEM’s have resumed production, and we have many new and used trucks in stock. The Truck Sales team is ready to work with you to support your truck or fleet needs, and help you identify special discounts, payment deferrals, and down payment allowances that may be applicable. Sales hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday by appointment. Calling ahead is advised. Young Leasing has both lease and rental trucks available.
Service and Warranty Work
Our service teams continue to operate and be in contact with OEM warranty groups who remain staffed and ready to deliver customer support for processing warranty claims.
We also launched a Mobile Service solution that delivers the most current tooling, technology, and warranty expertise to your facility and your trucks in the field and includes:
- Mobile On-Site Preventative Maintenance
- Mobile On-Site Repairs
- Emergency Roadside Support
- Dedicated On-Site Work Force
